Seeing this i also agree that Indians are born talented . This child sells walking air conditioner in his own words or peacock fans . I was astonished to see him speaking German , French , Spanish , Chinese , Japanese , Russian , Norwegian , Persian and English . He also tells about the Hanging Garden which gave me the hint and i came to know that he is in Mumbai .

He has learnt all this from tourists who come to visit Mumbai.
