!! YEAR 2011 !!

For everyone knowledge let me tell you that year 2011 is designated by UNESCO as the International Year of  Chemistry and the International Year of Forests. Knowing that i have made mind to start my year with the study of Chemistry. I  also made some secret new year resolutions and will keep a check that i don't go against them. I would like to wish everyone on this great occasion and would request to keep the earth as it as for future generations. I would also like to express my desire to learn at least 10 languages of the world and thus become one of the most unique personalities in the world.

Computer Vision Syndrome (CVS)

First of all i would like to give a short definition of Syndrome. A syndrome is the association of several clinically recognizable features, signs, symptoms that occur together. Computer Vision Syndrome refers to a condition that results from uninterpreted  focusing of eyes on computer screen. Some of the symptoms of the this syndrome are headache, dryness in eyes, irritated eyes, neck pain etc. It is not only seen in professionals but in children above ten who either play games or are busy on social networking sites.

To remain relax the human eye blinks about 16-20 times per minute but as we are very much engrossed in the Computer we actually forget to blink and the blink rate decreases to 6-8 times only.

If not corrected at time it can lead to severe dryness in eyes , major headache, strain and muscle spasm . So,In order to keep away from CVS, a 20x20x20 exercise has been recommended by Ophthalmologist Dr. Jeevan Ladi . In this we should look away from computer screen after every 20 minutes and look at a thing placed at 20 meters for 20 seconds with continuous blinking .

And i hope all of you practice that and remain healthy .

"LUDIN" an idea but not new

Ideating but not Innovating

I was in 6th or 7th class when i thought of having some word to describe the meal that we have between Lunch and Dinner. And afterward it slipped out of my mind and i forgot even to have such an idea . But a few days back i was reminded about that by a best friend of mine.  Before putting up this post i just thought of surfing the net for similar words with the same meaning and got to know my approach was not the newest but has been used by many in making up words such as LUNNER and LUNDIN even though they are also not recognized in dictionaries . But i think that Ludin  is more rhythmical to speak.

Interesting OR Boring

Interesting and Boring are relative terms, the thing that might look boring today may become interesting tomorrow but we just need to give them a chance. For instance i used to hate Physics the most but after reading it for a few days , i started to feel that it is interesting. It is the way you handle things , as i chose non-med so now as my exams are coming i have got to read and get good marks so i was bound to study it . Then i had two options , whether to just read and forget after the exams or to generate interest in studies, understand  and assimilate the things and use them lifelong .I have chosen the second option and which i think is the best option. Now my experience which is nothing yet but still says everything is interesting in one or the other way, the difference lies between the approach. I am trying my level hard to get the things right so that after +2 i do have an option of opting in Science field, even though i may not choose it but still having more options is always good.

!! Production of Petrol from Polythene !!

HERE'S THE SOLUTION

A very good news for every human is that the production of Petrol , Diesel and Kerosene from Polythene is now possible . This is going to be a big breakthrough as there is a lot of plastic and polythene garbage in the world . World's first plant to generate petrol from polythene has been launched in Sri Lanka . The Petrol thus formed is known as Polypto and has been used on three wheelers and motorbikes and may be some modification in it will make it possible for Cars and other vehicles too .It's Production follows an easy Process as follows :-

Polythene + SnO2 + Fe2O3 -----> Petrol + Diesel + Kerosene.

As the Petroleum sources are decreasing day by day and the percentage of Polythene and Plastic is incresing , this Invention will helpful in creating fuel as well as reducing garbage.

شبداں دا رنگ چڑھایا
روح اندر رس نہ آیا
